She smiled up at him for a few moments nodding. " Yeah... Is like that it be way better than that smoky hotel room." She smiled brightly looking down at her nails picking at the red polish again. " Thanks Phoenix."

"No problem," Phoenix said happily, "Just let me know when you'd like to bring your stuff over and we can set it up." He then pulled his wand out and waved it, muttering a few words... A couple minutes later, a small key flew in through the door that was just opened, "Here's the key" He laughed

She laughed softly taking the keys slowly putting them on a key ring before putting them back in her bag smiling brightly up at him. " I pretty free I actually got the last two days off to go look for a house." She smiled taking another long drink of butterbeer

"Alright, well I don't really do much besides go to the gym so I'm quite flexible," Phoenix laughed, also taking another long sip from his drink, "Would you like to come see the place before you finally move in?" he asked

She laughed a little smiling nodding gently as she blew some hair from her eyes smiling. " that be pretty sweet though all I have is like a two boxes and a trunk full of clothes. " she smiled happily really excited. She wouldn't have to listen to the people next door bumping uglies after they had a screaming match. Things were looking up already.

"Jeez, simple girl huh" Phoenix said, "You could even move in today if you wanted, I don't mind. The place is clean, nothings been touched since he left" he laughed

Lena laughed shaking her head running fingers threw her hair nodding. " Something like that phoenix. " She looked at the time nodding slightly smiling. " If you wanted, the boxes aren't tooo heavy." she smiled brightly taking another sip stretching out slightly sighing happily.

"Alright, sounds good to me," Phoenix replied, downing the rest of his butterbeer and suppressing a burp with his fist, "There's an extra bathroom and a bedroom so you'll have complete privacy too." He said with a smile

" what are you asking for rent wise?" She smiled finishing off hers a little slower leaving a little bit in there knowing if she drank any more shed be sick. Playing with her hair a little relaxing against the booth.

"Weeeeeellllllll....... I don't exactly pay rent, so you don't have to pay me anything." Phoenix said, shrugging his shoulders a bit

She gave him a look raising an eyebrow slightly deep in thought as she hummed slightly. " Well I guess I'll have to do something to make up for me staying then... Umm.... How about I make dinner every night?" She smiled back at him rubbing the back of her neck.

Phoenix's eyes lit up, "Oh hell yes! Deal times 10!" he said happily, "I hate cooking" he admitted with a laugh. "My parents gave me one of their properties for getting the grades that I got on my NEWTs and actually graduating from Hogwarts. So I get to live there rent free, but I still pay the household bills, so it's not a bad setup." He explained, "It's not the biggest place, but it's home" Phoenix smiled

Lena laughed happily smiling brightly grinning. " well good I like cooking so it will work out perfect. Wait wait wait what do you mean it sounds huge. I get a bathroom and a bedroom sounds so awesome." She grinned it was the first time she would be living in something that wasn't a broom closet outside of Hogwarts how could she not be over the moon excited.

"It's not massive, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so we each get one," He said, smiling, "The bedrooms are fairly roomy though so that's always nice"

Lena smiled brightly nodding gently fairly excited. " Thank you so much for inviting me into your home phoenix it means a lot." She smiled brightly looking up at him

"Hey, it's no problem at all. Anything to help out a friend" Phoenix said happily. "Shall we head over there once you finish your drink and take a look around?" he asked

" I'm finished I couldnt finish it it's just to much right now." She laughed a little slipping on her coat buttoning it up removing her hair out from under it.

Phoenix laughed and pulled a few galleons out of his pocket and put them on the table before he slipped his jacket on and buttoned it up, "Shall we?" He asked, standing up from the table

Lena pushed some of his money back to him taking out a few setting it on the table before nodding standing up smiling brightly. " yep when you are "

Phoenix laughed and put the coins back in his pocket, then holding his arm out to Lena, "Ready? We can just apparate there" he asked

She gently hooked her arm with his grinning happily. " sounds like a plan to me!" Chewing on her lip a little nervous as she sighed softly looking up at him.

"Hold on tight" Phoenix said, and with that, he span on the spot, taking Lena with him in to the magical wormhole of transportation.

After a moment of apparating, they popped down on to a quiet cul de sac covered with snow. "Here it is" Phoenix said, pointing to a modest house directly in front of them

Lena gripped his arm tighter sucking in a deep breath feeling her stomach drop into her feet as she sucked in a deep breath running fingers lazily through her hair before looking up smiling happily. " it looks cute, like one of those little houses you'd see in those magazines" she grinned up at him a few moments

"Does it? I've never been much of a muggle book reader," Phoenix admitted, putting his hands back in to his pockets and squeezing his arms to his sides, "It's not much but it's home"

she smiled softy looking at the house bumping his shoulder. " Hey... It's better than most houses because you call it a home. " she slipped her hands into her front pockets as she looked at the snow all over it smiling gently.
