Characteristics:
PERSONALITY: Phoenix. Is. Insane. He hopes to be a stuntman when he gets older and is generally a likeable guy... When he isn't starting fights or mouthing people off. If Phoenix ever attends class, he sits in the back and stays quiet unless he can get in a rude remark here and there. Phoenix is nice enough but can have a bit of a mean streak if he wants.

HISTORY:
Phoenix was with his parents for the first 15 years of his life so he got homeschooled all around the world because said parents were frequently traveling for his muggle fathers work. His parents knew that he was a wizard because when he was 11, he received the Hogwarts letter, but his father would not let him attend so he continued being homeschooled by his mother. When Phoenix was 15, almost 16, he asked his father again to go to Hogwarts and finish out his schooling... After much poking and prodding, he was finally allowed to go to a proper school. Phoenix learned to speak many languages while he was traveling about the world, but he sticks to English mainly. Luckily, he has had no prior offences before he went to school and the only thing that is of note are the detentions that he got in the first part of his first year at Hogwarts (Year 6).
