House Points

SUGGESTIONS NEEDED

We need something that's fun for the students so that they can seriously boost their house points. Quidditch is unsuccesful every year--I'm thinking of editing the number of players needed simply because of this and will also allow adults to use the People account to play, well, people.

So, what can we do? Competitions are fun, especially between the houses. Quidditch is already a sport, any interests or ideas? Make up another sport, have some sort of challenges, anything? It'll have to involve all of the houses, of course, and it'll have to be a something that doesn't focus on one subject, such as intelligence because Ravenclaw would win everytime.

What if there was a... what would you call it... scavenger hunt? Like an 'easter egg' would be randomly hidden about the castle, and would change locatation on its own, either based on time or simply randomness, and whenever a student finds it, they get house points, and the egg changes location again?

Just a thought. ^^" I have absolutely no idea what the 'easter egg' would look like.

one site I'm on has a candy collecting challenge. You randomly happen upon Bertie Bott's around the site, and you can trade them in for raffle tickets. Not sure how it would work here, though...

There's an idea in the corner of my mind that I can't quite grasp yet, but there was another that I was thinking of; like, 1 on 1 challenges of something (It could vary each time?)... the House with the most wins gets so-and-so points? Or the win could gain a smaller number of points... Hmm. Just adding in my two cents.

Maybe we could do something like Have a question or poll and when the get it right, around like five points or something.

Lol may I once again bring up dueling club? There could be different duels during the year and of course it would give an outlet to the fighting energy so there'd hardly be any fights. Winners could get maybe 5-10 house points for their house? And at the end of the year there could be an elimination tournament for dueling where to overall winner gets a large amount of house points? I think itd be a simple way to earn because it only requires two people and a place where staff can have the duels.

I'm debating on the dueling club, but I'd like to hear something that goes off of what Aimee is saying, only more specific. I'm kinda looking for something new and unique!

I'm bringing this topic back up....I have an idea as to what I'll do, but I really want to see if someone can think of something better XP
