Room 4D: Curses

(Well it's their job to get yelled at... Kind of. But I'm sure their used to it. Just say you're about to go to an important meeting or hang up on them if it turns out they ARE telemarketers.

Alexandra bit her lip and let her arguments rest. The professor had just suffered badly from one of the unforgivable curses and needed time to heal.
Instead, she took out a book andd began reading through it quietly.

Eirina fell in and out of a sleeping state, mumbling about home, hogwarts, and nearly everything from today.

Alexandra saw that both of the professors were in a deep slumber and put away her book. This time when her hand came out of her pocket, it had empty paper and a muggle pen in it - she thought quills were slightly ridiculous compared to the conveniences of muggle stationary.

She finished writing her letter to Cazz and held her wand out, waiting for her messenger again. A tiny griffin the size of her palm, landed on the Headmistress's bed-side table. Alexandra tucked the note in it's beak and it immediately flew away.
After watching the griffin fly out the window, she went back to her blank paper and started to write an essay.

Eirina began to shake again in her slumber, breathing in heavily and wheezing back out.

Alexandra's head shot up from behind her paper and saw the Professor distressed in her sleep.
"Accio towel," a small towel flew into her hand as she shifted to point her wand at the towel and face the Headmistress. "Aguamenti."
Applying it to her forehead, she started humming a lullaby, hoping to calm her down more.

Eirina's behavior continued, the curse still flowing through her body and clouding her mind.

(is there any way my character can help or should she call the healers?)

(Don't worry about it! It'll pass through her system within a day or two ^_^)

Seeing that what she was doing wasn't working, she stopped and put the towel aside. Alexandra managed to ignore the pain her teacher was going through and went back to writing her essay, occasionally checking on the potions master and the headmistress.

Eirina continued to breath oddly as she was before and cringing, and coughed one or twice before returning to her previous pattern.

She briefly paused and took her wand out again then muttered, "Anapneo."
Maybe that would help her breathing slightly, but it wouldn't do any harm to try. Waiting for the result, she continued with her writing.

Alexandra's spell forced Eirina to relax for a moment, but her deep breaths in and stuttering and sharp breaths out continued due to panic and fear that ran through her mind, as an after-effect from the curse.

Seeing that the effect was from her mind rather than her body, Alexandra cast a light cheering charm then went back to her essay.

The cheering charm, not powerful enough to overcome the residue of the crucious curse, had little to no effect besides another brief pause.

The Healers came in and did a quick check up on both Professors before leaving, knowing their conditions would take a few days to heal over.

Giving up for now, Alexandra concentrated her mind on writing rather than letting it wander again.

Earl walked in and walked over to the only 2 occupied beds

The healer held the door open for them.
"Here's the ward, but please don't distress or disturb any of the patients." she said, glancing around the room.

Alexandra sat in a chair in between the 2 beds, quietly writing.

The healer left the room, leaving the 3 students and 2 teachers together.
