"Like it?" Blaire asked.

"B really? Pick a place." Louie laughed.

"B?" Eli asked rubbing his eyes.

"Sweetheart why are you here?" Blaire's mom asked.

"To see Dad." Blaire breathed. Louie and Eli smiled at her.

"Ready to join the ranks?" Louie asked grabbing her and giving her a noogie.

"Get off." Blaire squealed.

Earl laughed a bit and stuffed his hands in his pockets

"GET OFF ME LOUIE!" Blaire squealed pushing him off.

"Louie get off your sister!" Blaire's father said. Louie looked up and got off her quickly.

"Thank you, daddy." Blaire said running her fingers through her hair.

"Sweetheart who is this?" Blaire's mom asked motioning to Earl.

Blaire blushed.
"Mom this is Earl. He's my boyfriend." Blaire smiled.

"Oh that's wonderful! It's nice to meet you." Blaire's mother said smiling.

Blaire smiled.

"Nice too see you again Earl. Take care of my little girl." Blaire's dad said.

"Dad I'm not little anymore." Blaire said. He looked at Blaire and she looked down.

"So what did you want to talk about Blaire?" He asked her.

"Bout the thing we talked about before." She said. He smiled at her.

"Well I'll just be leaving then to finish what I was doing since you are going to discuss buisness. It was nice meeting you Earl." Blaire's mother said and then walked out of the room.

Louie sat down smirking at Blaire.

Eli sat down and patted a spot for Blaire.

Blaire sat down and they smiled at her.

"So what's your disicion?" Blaire's dad asked her.

"I want to wait till the summer before my 7th year...is that alright?" Blaire asked.

"Yes of course." He said. Blaire nodded.

"Yes!" Louie said happily.

"Dad what would've happened if I didn't want to be one?" Blaire asked.

"You'd be put into a arranged marriage with one...why?" He asked narrowing his eyes at Blaire.

Blaire swallowed.
"No reason. But I have something else. I can't kill kids or people who don't deserve it." Blaire whispered.

Earl got the sudden sense that someboy in the room had become angry, though he was not sure why so he tensed slightly

Louie gave Blaire a look saying 'shut up now!'

Earl narrowed his eyes slightly, scanning Blaires father's face

"Can I talk to you Blaire?" Her father asked.

"Dad now...I have to get back to school before-" Blaire said quickly sensing this was taking a turn for the worst.

"LIBARAY NOW!" He said.

Blaire got up and walked to the library giving Louie and Eli s.o.s looks before the door closed.

Earl silently nodded to Louie and Eli to make them stay while he walked to the door of the library, listening intently

Blaire appeared in the room next to Earl. She saw her mom and Louie sitting watching TV.

Earl appeared with Blaire and collapsed into a chair, covering his white face with shaking hands

Blaire looked at her mom and Louie.

"Damn B. What did you do to him?" Louie asked.

"Louie Langauge!" Blaire's mother snapped.
"What's wrong sweetheart?" Blaire's Mother asked Blaire.

"Memory charm on Earl. He did something and you need to take the memory away. He can't sleep." Blaire said worried.

Earl felt another tear fall as he thought about his mother and he tried to wipe it away before anybody noticed

"Alright Sweetie I'll see what I can do." Blaire's mother said. She stood up and put her wand to Earl's forehead muttering words. She took her wand away when she thought it had done the trick.

"Where's Eli?" Blaire asked.

"With dad...they should be back." Louie siad.

"We are home." Blaire's dad's voice echoed.
