"Well, seeingas Im a death eater, and you're a teacher, I figure theres an obvious reason to that" Tyler said

"What, senseless violence? That sounds quite intelligent of you."

*Madison's eyes narrowed*

Tyler shrugged
"I thought so" He said

*Madison sighed and shook her head*

"You're hopeless."

"You think so? And why is that?" He asked, raising his wand, eager for the thrill of a fight

"The way you act, one would wonder if you have a brain at all."

*Madison watched him calmly*

"Is that why you killed Earl Dore? Just because he happened to cross your path?"

"He was a threat, and if you were in my position, you would have done the same" Tyler growled, the wind and heavy snow blowing off his hood

(lol ^^" Think so? [Srry, didn't notice your post till now)

"Ah, its you."

*Madison smiled slightly, remembering back when she had scratched him across the nose in her animagus form*

"So a child was causing you trouble? How sad."

*Her smile faded*

"SO it seems you know less about you're students than I thought, he was far more powerful than you could ever imagine" Tyler said

*Madison shrugged. She wasn't allowing Tyler to pressure her into fighting*

"Simple matter of the fact I teach history, and don't talk to the rest of the staff very often."

*Madison sighed*

"If you simply want to fight for a thrill, perhaps you should bother someone else. I'm busy, as surprising as it is."

Tyler got bored and sent a lazy stunning spell at Madison

*quickly taking out her wand, she used a defensive spell, only to switch to the spell Avis, sending birds his way as a distraction, just as she had done in the past. She then turned into her animagus form and turn and broke into a run*

Tyler sent a lash of fire and disintigrated the birds in mid-air before he sent another spell towards Madison`s cat form


(He used the one that Sirius and Lupin did in 3rd movie to get her out of animagus form if it hits XP)

*Madison, suddenly no longer a cat, skidded to a halt on her side, and made to grab for her wand, only to find it was no longer in her pocket. She quickly glanced around, but then looked to Tyler with caution*

Tyler sent a cruciatous curse at Madison while he too looked for her wand amongst the snow

(Ha! I actually read through most of the books, so I actually know what that is this time! XD)

*Madison flinched at first, then screamed, curling into a ball in unimaginable pain*

Tyler released the magic and walked up to Madison, picking up her wand from the ground on the way

*Madison lay there, catching her breath while looking up at him*

(brb, dinner... and would you mind if I snapped her wand? XP)

Tyler crouched down beside her
"Hurts... doesnt it" He said

(*gasp* Madison's wand? lol she can always get another right?)

"..."

*Madison looked away towards Hogsmeade. Wouldn't someone have heard her scream? At least one single person?*

Tyler smirked evilly and snapped Madison's wand clean in two and threw it on her
"Well, I must take my leave" He said, and without another word, he disaparated

*Madison's eyes widen, then after a few moments he had gone, she sighed, slowly sitting up, clenching what was left of her wand*

Well, I suppose I deserved that...

*she closes her eyes, still in a little pain, then put the remnants of her wand in her pocket, slowly and painfully got up, and made her way back to Hogwarts*

Haine walked aimlessly around to anywhere, she was just wasting her time since now there wasn't truly anything to occupy herself. She had already made herself comfortable in her new home since she didn't want to travel all that way back to Japan to see her mother, she also didn't have the money for such an expenseive trip. So she had decided to stay in the Wizarding world and just do whatever.
