Borgin and Burkes

"Follow me."

*She stated flatly, turning around, and gracefully walking away. Her long dark hair, made from night itself, bouncing at ever stride. Her stride was smooth and graceful, as if she was performing a dance as the aisles melted away, and they were in the dark, muggy back room.*

Blaine looked around as he followed her. "So where are we going."

"You want furniture, I will show you furniture."

Blaine sighed and followed her.

*The came across, many unique and dark objects. Some filled with ancient spells, some trapped souls, others cursed. They were all wonderful, in there uniqueness, all with there special talent to entice, entrance, or take.

Aries turn the corner, standing fun of her, was a normal cabinet.*

"Do you know what this is?"

Blaine chuckled. "Yes, actually I do."

"Tell me than?"

*She wanted the magical properties, not its normal attributes.*

Blaine smirked. "Well Madam Lestrange, this is a cabinet." He gulped at the cross look on her face then added. "Isn't like a transporter type thing?" He was unsure how to sxplain it other than that.

"Yes, but not quite what you will think of a teleporting you one place to another."

Blaine nodded. "Ok, great. Thanks." He began to walk away. He stopped and then looked at her. "You were trying seduce me before, weren't you? When you and Lamia did all that to Adrian."

"Seducing?"

*her voice became submissive, as if trying to lure Blaine into false pretenses.*

"What makes you say that?"

*She asked playfully.*

Blaine shrugged. "You were rubbing my arm and hugging on me..."

hugging on you was not one of the words I would have chosen, dear.

*She took several steps further, toward where Blaine stood. Her hands gentle moved up and down his chest. They were not well define, but hard as her fingers circled his body. Leaning in, she whispered.*

"If I wanted to entice you, to bend you to my will, I would have already done so."

(What would you have used?) Blaine looked at her intently, taking a slow step back.

"My statement still stands, with Blaire though."

*She said feeling him shudder retreat from her grip.*

"What is that supposed to mean?" He scowled slightly. (lol, when?)

(I would say your wedding day, but that is to mean...)

"I think you know exactly what I mean."

Blaine rolled his eyes. "No I don't think I do..." (Yeah that would be mean)

*Aries stepped back being engulf in smoke.*

"Oh you will find out soon enough."

*She said as if it was an echo, and than she was gone.*

Blaine rolled his eyes and walked out of the store.

Medea smiled faintly to herself as she examined the shimmering obsidian upon a necklace that slowly drained the blood of the wearer, a useful item for a vampire. She traced her painted nails on the dusty glass above it.

Unlike most, she welcomed the smell of rot and mould, as she had spent nearly her entire life in the ram-shackled orphanage.

To her surprise, after lots of asking around, she had landed a job in the Ministry, as an Unspeakable, it was easy to be trusted despite her Death Eater heritage and recent history. It was simple, she wasn't even able to utter one word due to the vow she had spoken of. However she still applied for the job at Borgin and Burkes, she felt more comfortable instead of walking round the Ministry, being given several glares from Aurors and officials alike.

"Dorchinade." Borgin's voice broke her current trail of thought.

"Sir?"

Medea took the list from his hands and nodded. She pried open the glass case and lifted the necklace with her wand before gently placing it in a cushion of velvet, encased in a solid willow box. Condition cost money. She gently closed the clasp and started looking for more stuff on the list to deliver.

Hearing the bell of the front door ring, Medea peeked over the counter. At the sight of an all so familiar blonde, she had nearly dropped her Muggle burger of which she was hiding in case Borgin came out from his back office.

"B-Blaire?" her words were muffled, she was too surprised to swallow.

Medea jumped up and vaulted over the counter, nearly falling over when she landed. "Blaire it is you" she grinned and gave a big hug to her friend.
