Jason has always been interested in the dark arts, especially in defences from the dark arts. He also loves learning new things as well as throughly think about things coming his way. Level headed person with understanding of the black arts can be a very dangerous opponent.
Weakness::
One of the weakness that Jason has is actually his will to help others, he is capable of discarding his orders to help out his friends. Another thing would be insects, or insect looking creatures - he just can't face them.

Jason was born into a family of four. His mother was one of the top students at Hogwarts when she was his age, but she got involved with the teacher of the black arts (his father) and got pregnant. Just after prom his sister was born, given name Kimberly Ann. Six years later, he was born. He was born in January, the darkest month of the year. He was brought up in a lake house. His childhood was picture perfect, at least he thought it was. When he was 5 he started having nightmares about insects wich later on resolved into insectophobia. His best friend growing up was a girl named Lilith. It was the best time in his life. They were doing everything together but when he turned 13 she suddenly disappeared and he was looking for her ever since. When his sister turned 14, both of their parents went on a trip to London and never came back. "Maybe they wouldn't have left, if I had kept my mouth shut.", he used to say. His sister went to Beauxbatons school for witches and wizards, and after finishing it she started traveling around the world with her boyfriend in a search for their parents. He and his sister had a strong bond, but they haven't seen each other in a while - she's following a strong lead about their parents. Most of his teenage years he spent alone. His best friends became a pack of books he found locked in the basment of his house and his pet Kanade (female husky). All of his life he thought that his best friend disappearance, his nightmares and his parents leaving were all conected somehow. And now he thinks it's the right time to remember everything he had forgotten.
