| Left foot first. Then right.
Adeon's steel toed shoes clattered with the cold stone ground as he rounded the corner. His face was covered by a soft black hood, but the wind was picking at the corners. He didn't care. He should have been far enough away now that he was to ditch the coat. Lay it out to burn like the rest of the story, the ones that he had already ended.
The hood fell back and Adeon took a breath, looking around at the setting. Knockturn Alley. He already knew where he was, it was just a matter of what he should do next. He couldn't just go home. There was nothing for him to do there, and pacing around was a bore. There were no new weapons that he needed, not that he'd expect them to sell any here. It was the wizarding world, a wand was everything.
Bored. Aggrivated. Irritated.
Adeon didn't know what to do with himself, so he continued to plunge forward and round corners until he could find something to catch his attention.

| Nadya sat, perched on an old dusty barrel, leaning forward with her fingers laced together. Her knee bounced up and down impatiently as she glanced around, her thumbs rubbing together as she took a restless sigh, fixating her gaze once more, on the ground beneath her feet. Her hood covered her face, but she was in no way holding a mysterious posture. Everytime she felt someone's gaze, she locked gazes with them and told them to get lost. She didn't like the way people around Knockturn Alley looked at her. Had she drawn too much attention to herself? Or was it something she wasn't aware of? Maybe some people recognized her- but how? She had her hood up, after all. And besides that, most of the people she caught staring were creepy old men who sent shivers up Nadya's spine. She'd rather clobber one of those sorry bag of bones before letting their imaginations wander. Course maybe, if Nadya had an ounce of perception, she'd realize that it was her outfit that was the issue. She only took into account that her face was hidden, not how her clothes fit her slim figure complementatively.
(Sorry if its a bit boring, haven't written anything in awhile, and its been even longer since I've role-playd as Nadya. ^_^)

| (it's okay, same here XP)
As he made his way around the next corner, Adeon saw something a little out of place. In Knockturn Alley, every kept moving. They would know their destination and get to it. And yet there was a girl, just sitting on a barrel. Was she just asking for trouble? That's not how you acted in Knockturn Alley. That's how you knew someone didn't belong. Even with the hood, she was clearly out of place.

| As she began twidling her thumbs she glanced around yet again. Why hadn't she just stayed back in the forest in Hogsmeade?
"Need something my dear?" Came an old krusty voice from over her shoulder. She whirled around onto her feet, one hand reaching for her wand, the other, her sword. A bald man stood there, beside the barrel she once sat upon, arched forward as though he had some serious back problems. But as Nadya had stumbled backwards, she bumped into someone else. She spun around once more, this time facing a woman with graying hair.
"Are you lost?"
"What is with you stupid old people?!" Nadya snapped.

| Adeon eyed the girl, who abruptly jumped when an older man came from behind her, and an older woman in front of her. What god awful perception, she should have known before they even reached her that they were coming.
A smirk twisted onto Adeon's lips as she cried a complaint about stupid old people. That would make everything better. First she's jumpy and doesn't seem to know her surroundings too well. Now she is calling for attention onto herself, making a scene around two old people in the Alley. What kind of a witch was she? Not a dark, or at least, not a very good one at that.
Slowing his walk, he watched the scene unfold. Adeon needed something to do, and he had just found it.

| The old woman cackled, "I'll teach you to disrespect your elders!" She didn't seem all that offended, but the lady didn't want to pass up the satisfaction of smacking a childish brat around. She smugly withdrew her wand, and the old man, picking up on the woman's motive, did the same.

| (okay!)
A laugh cracked through Adeon's lips, flicking the air as he slowed his pace even more when he came closer to the scene ahead. I'll teach you to disrespect your elders? Really? How old were these people with their dumbass cliches. There was no way they could truly be dark witches or wizards. The frauds recently seemed to just elivate in number. Where were the real 'bad guys'? Surely, not around here.

| (Lol ouch. XD)
Nadya scoffed, "What kind of comeback is that?" But then she quickly ducked out of the way as the woman shot a spell, which instead, hit the man, since Nadya had dodged out of the way so quickly. The man fell to the ground, stunned, and by now, the group of foolish idiots had created a traffic jam, realizing how many people were watching, Nadya shoved her way through the crowd, but as she turned to look over her shoulder, she collided right into another wizard.

| As the girl approached to get herself out of the mess, Adeon stood still. He watched and waited, his feet unmoving, as she continued in her prusuit straight toward him. She never dodged, she never moved. She never even flinched until she ran head on into his stature. Did this girl ever have any awareness of her surroundings?
Obviously not.
"Such a sly and clean escape, mind teaching it to me sometime?" He commented with a sarcastic smirk.

| "Buzz off!" Nadya snared irritably as she shoved past him, despite him being bigger than her. The old woman was too distracted by the crowd to pursue her, and as Nadya hurried down the alley, she lowered her hood down farther, cursing under her breath. How stupid she felt, she was sure Lestrange was watching from the comfort of Durmstrang, with a bowl of popcorn and a smug expression. Well, not smug, the Headmistress was too cooly composed for anything close to human. Nadya sighed, ignoring the irritated glares as she turned round the corner into a small unoccupied alley and pulled out her wand. She hated staying in one place too long, but moving this much was just ridiculous. Having a destination was far better than randomly popping around all the time. | |

| The smirk continued to stay on his lips. Adeon turned on his heels, and trailed easily behind the girl. Buzz off? She had something in her, and that intruiged him pretty quickly. At first she seemed the opposite. Careless, just another boring, and idiotic, girl in Knockturn Alley. She started to show herself as a little something different.
Besides. What else was he supposed to do? Nothing, and for Adeon, that wasn't acceptable.
As she turned into an alley, Adeon followed. Leaned his left shoulder against the wall, and watched her from the outter corner of the alley, close enough to the light to take a step out, but far enough in to not be immediately noticed by passer-bys.

| Nadya rasied her wand for a moment, picturing the new location she was going to apparate to. But then, she paused, and glanced over her shoulder, feeling someone's gaze, but not seeing anyone standing out staring at her. She slowly turned to face the way she'd come, being sure that her hood still covered her face. (Not sure how noticable you wanted him to be) | |

| (He's probably pretty noticable, he doesn't really...care XD)
"And where are running to?"
Adeon straightened himself up and off the wall, taking a step forward. His shoes clattered with the ground and created a clink that would otherwise be unnoticable, but in the echos of the alley it was louder than ever before.

| "Why is it any of your business?" She instinctively flicked her wand impatiently, watching him carefully as she took a step back. His voice was the only thing that helped her recognize him, she hadn't paid attention to his face earlier. If he was planning on causing trouble, Nadya would be sure to send trouble right back, twice as much in fact. | |

| "I never said it was."
He straightened up his posture, as if he was trying to gain more control and appear to be more dominant. Which he typically was. It didn't mean he had to fight or be the strongest one, just someone who made the decisions. Respectable, maybe, but that wasn't a focus of Adeon's. If he was heard, that was all that mattered. It was all that should have mattered. Strength is more than physical--even though he had plenty of confidence in his strength. Magic and non magic.
"You really should stop assuming things. It makes an ass, incase you didn't hear."

| "Yeah, well I guess I'm an ass then." She replied tempermentally, and turned and looked down the rest of the alley. She then glanced back to the man, placing a hand on her hip, but still maintaining a firm grasp on her wand, "What do you want?" She could play the power game too, with or without consciousness of it. In her mind set, power was revealed through victory in battle, and she wasn't keenly aware of it in many other aspects. Her attitude was entirely natural, and not well thought out. Hell, that was probably how she pissed off Lestrange all those times. | |

| "'Buzz off', remember? I'm inclined to do the opposite."
A crack of his neck, and Adeon lifted his face up. The girl was slender, but now he could see that she was stronger than she appeared before. There was a bit of definition. She was trying to look tough, that's how Adeon saw it. She was trying to act like there was more to her than there really was. His judgements would have to be corrected later, but at the time it was all he, selfishly, had.
"You seemed careless...lazy." He tilted his head and straightened it back up as he thought to say lazy, continuing with his path of insults, "A little pathetic, and overall a very poor witch. In general, relatively useless and boring."
He paused for a brief moment, but not brief enough for her to speak.
"But then you told me to buzz off as you ran into me, again carelessly, but hey. There that spark that you seemed to lack."

| She glared him down as he tried to size her down with his petty insults. But just as she was about to spit out a sour retort, he then added that she had a 'spark'. What was he, a stalker? Or worse? Nadya huffed as she crossed her arms. She silently told herself to stop being so paranoid. But he was going to be a problem. Nadya simply wouldn't come back here, that was simple enough. She caused too much trouble here in the first place. "Vell, you know vhat they say about curiosity killing the cat." She spat, laying a thick accent on her lips before she turned and started walking down the alley, trying to focus on the first location that came to mind. She muttered bitterly in Russian as she readied her wand and slowly turned once again. | |

| "And who are they?"
He raised the question, almost to stall. But why would he do that? There really wasn't a purpose in talking to the girl anymore. Was it boredom? Had Adeon finally lost his mind? Probably not, but he'd prefer to think of it that way. In truth, his business was empty, and he found a solution to that in medelling in the business of other's.
"Think about it, maybe it wasn't curiosity that killed the. It was just a convient story for us to tell ourselves."
He loved to go against thing such as that. Throwing out questions and theories, Adeon never cared if they made sense. Hell he didn't care if he believed in them himself. Conflict was fun and amusing to create, something that he'd always go out of his way for.

| Nadya had, once again, been about to disapparate, but he, yet again, interrupted her. She sighed and gazed upon him with her stubborn expression. Now he was just wasting her time, talking around in circles like that. Who cared where the expression came from? Nadya didn't, and she was growing irritated, "Convenient? Who gives a vat's (rat's) ass?! Get lost now, or I vill not hesitate to make a bloody mess with that big fat head off yours!" She grinded her teeth together, spitting more insults at him in Russian so he could not understand. She then dissappeared with a crack, but only appeared a few feet away. She gave an aggravated snort and decided she's walk, seeing as how this insufferable man was throwing off her concentration. She'd never been good at disapparration, so doing it under stress was nearly impossible. She stomped down the alley, knowing full well she'd just made a fool of herself. | |

| A laugh erupted from his lips, and in a swift turn Adeon began walking towards the entrance of the alley again. He had tortured the girl well enough by this point, he'd had his pleasure. Itbwas time for him to do something of greater importance, possibly place a few more bucks into his pocket. New hour, new entertainment. | |
