The Ballroom

Often used on formal occassions.

Aimee walked in, listening to music. She walked around slowly, doing an occasional spin or twirl as she looked around the room.

Alexandra walked in with two empty glasses in one hand and a glass jug of lemonaide in her other hand. She smiled at the sight of Aimee dancing and changed the music to some spanish dancing music to see what would happen.

Aimee's foot came crashing down in the middle of her turn and she turned around, eyebrows raised.
"What the heck- oh, 'lo," she grinned sheepishly, rubbing the back of her neck. "How's it going?"

"Lovely dancing," she smiled. "Oh, not too badly. Just got a letter from Cazz and she shall be here soon. Want some lemonaide?" Alexandra held up the glasses and jug before setting them down on the counter below the mirror on a nearby wall.

"If that's supposed to be taken as a compliment...." Aimee said slowly, frowning. Then she grinned brightly. "Then thanks!" She took a glass of lemonade and drank a sip. "Cazz Valentine?"

She looked puzzled, "I'm not very sarcastic when I'm around friends Aimee, so it was most certainly a compliment." Alexandra's face eased into a smile as she poured more lemonaide for the two of them before taking a sip of her own drink. She made a note to thank the house-elves again.
"Yep, I hope you don't hate Cazz or anything." she looked worried.

Aimee shook her head.
"Nah, she's very..." Aimee paused, tilting her head. "Energetic?"

She sighed in relief, "That's her. Damn hyper and crazy for Luke." Alexandra smirked slightly.

(Fail. Just.... fail. T.T sorry.)
"Luke's a prefect with me, right?" Aimee asked, scratching her head.

(It's perfectly fineee. Chill and as long as I knew it was Aimee you were RPing with, it's alright.)

She nodded before taking another sip of lemonaide. "That's true but you two still have to listen to what I say." Alexandra smirked remembering the new badge she'd recieved from teh school.

"Aaahh, yeah," Aimee nodded vigorously. "Head Girl, very cool." She gave her a thumbs up. "Nice job, sunbae-nim. You and your brains."

She gave a sardonic curtsy in her jeans and all. "Why thank you my dear prefect." Alexandra lifted her nose in the air in mock pride.
"I do hope I still get access to the prefect's bathroom and lounge though... That place is niceee..."

"Well, Miss Head Girl," Aimee started, taking in a deep breath. "Seeing as your Head Girl, Miss Head Girl, your status is pretty much above a prefect's so unless there is something better than the prefect's bathroom and lounge, which, by the way, I doubt, Miss Head Girl, then you will probably still be able to use them, so I doubt you have to worry, Miss Head Girl."

Alexandra raised an eyebrow at Aimee with a crooked grin.
"I believe that was at least four 'head girl's in one sentence. I am glad I demand such awe and respect from mere prefects." she tossed her head and tried to have a sip of lemonaide at the same time which failed when the liquid splashed around her mouth in a dripping mess while only half the drink actually went in her mouth.
She swallowed then coughed slightly before wiping her mouth with a tissue she conjured.
"I meant to do that."

"I'm pretty sure it was five times, Miss Head Girl," Aimee said immediately, and then blinked. "Are you alright, Miss Head Girl?" She grinned at Alexandra's last sentence.

She rolled her eyes playfully, "Oh shush. I'm fine, just need to make sure none of this got onto my shirt... I hate giving the house-elves extra work." she made a face as she saw that indeed, some of the sugary drink had gotten on her sleeve.
"Oh dear."

Aimee grew slightly more serious.
"Oh dear, indeed... You know how to clean it up?"

"Yep!" she smiled brightly and slipped her wand out of her shirt pocket then tapped the stain with her wand to which all evidence that the liquid ever stained her shirt was erased.

"...Oh. Well..." she coughed. "That was easy."

She snickered slightly, "The muggle way takes much longer as far as I know, besides, I'm hopeless at getting stains out through non-magical means..."
Alexandra poured some of the drink in her glass but took a more cautious sip than last time.
"Your parents make you do things non-magically a lot?"

"Yeah, sometimes," she pauses to think. "My mom is really random, she'll make us do Muggle stuff occasionally... and if we get in trouble or anything."

She laughed and poured Aimee the last of the lemonade.
"What kind of stuff? Sweep the chimneys?" Alexandra smiled.

"Yeah... wash the dishes, wash the clothes, all that lovely stuff." She smiled in thanks and drank the liquid, sitting down on a nearby chair.

"Oh joy of all that good stuff..." she trailed off as one of the house-elves appeared, clad in what seemed to be a freshly laundered tea-towel.
"Supper is ready mistress!" he squeaked, eager to serve the guest the food they had prepared.
Alexandra smiled warmly at him and thanked him before turning to Aimee, "Shall we go to the dining room then?"
