PERSONALITY:Alfie is a seer and, as a result, has a vested interest in information. Alfie likes to know everything that's going on, all the time. He prefers to take a backseat role, watching and calculating. Alfie is a pureblood, but doesn't believe himself to be superior because of it.

DISLIKES: Being ignored, being outside, feeling out of the loop.

Alfie was born to Alistair and Lucy Angelo, he is a pureblood. Alfie had a rather sheltered childhood; many days indoors and very few friends. Alfie stuck with his mother, showing more affection to her than his father. One night, Alistair came home in a fit of inexplicable rage and struck Alfie's mother. This happened many more times through his childhood. Alfie and his mother lived in fear of Alistair for many years.
Alfie found refuge from his father at Hogwarts, and in that refuge, discovered a previously unseen talent, his ability to See. This talent was not very strong during his first three years of school. He had mostly to rely on pure talent and a bit of charisma. Alfie was not popular at Hogwarts. He resigned himself to this fact. Seers do not get close to very many people. School was Alfie's main area of focus during his first three years, causing him to excel.
During the summer before his fourth year, Alfie was taking a walk when he had a vision, Seeing his father attack his mother. He ran home, too late to save her.
Alistair then tuned his wand on Alfie, performing the Cruciatus Curse on him several times before Aurors arrived and intervened. Alistair was tried and sentenced to life in Azkaban.
Alfie has since moved in with his Uncle Archie. His uncle is a kind and fair man, but does not understand or relate to Alfie on any level.
Alfie's fourth year was hard. He found it difficult to get out of bed or eat solid food for weeks at a time. Alfie's grief was deep, and exams went rather poorly for him, as did his few friendly relationships.
Alfie finds himself poised at the beginning of his fifth year. The most difficult and grueling scholastic challenge thus far. Alfie's goals in his fifth year include finally moving on from his mother's tragedy, learning more about this mysterious power he has, and perhaps making a friend or two...
