 There are men with secrets, men that deal with lies and half truths so often they become the stories they tell. Donovan is such a man, one whose tight lips hide the truth for the benefit of his kind and those he deals with. Donovan is in a position of power in the Ministry of Magic, someone who has access to certain knowledge, which he of course keeps on a need to know basis. He has worked in the Department of Mysteries for most of his adult life, which amounts to more than a decade. He supervises projects and has a hand in much of the day to day tasks of the few employees under him. He is an amiable boss, but one who knows knowledge is not free for all.  In particular he knows of a certain project that had to do with a current employee of his, Landon Adwell. He never speaks of it, yet keeps a close eye on the boy for various reasons, just as he keeps on eye out for anyone that threatens the secrets of the Ministry.
