PERSONALITY: Rae is charming and outgoing, but is cold inside like stone or ice.  She loves ice skating, gymnastics, and swimming, although ice skating is a huge part of her life.  She despises babies because they're a reminder of her immortality, which she likes of course but doesn't always love.  She has very long curly black-brown hair and a beautiful face, and she's used to getting what she wants.  She's a vampire, but she hates other Arctic or Antarctic vampire, although European and American ones are fine.  Rae doesn't believe that she'll fit in a Hogwarts, but she might as well give it a try, it's something to do.

Rae grew up in Southeast Asia where she always hated the hot days and burning sun.  Her parents were loving and cared a lot for her, but they were often busy with important research.  A hurricane swept away her family's home when she was eight, killing her parents and her siblings.  She ran away when she was placed with her aunt, and traveled to Europe.  She found it much more to her liking, although prices there were sky high for things.  She tried ice skating there and soon fell deeply in love with the sport, as she had natural grace and talent for it.  Gymnastics soon enticed her, and since it had much to do with ice skating she took it for a year too.  Swimming had always been one of her favorite things to watch, so she added that to her list of sports.  Rae hitched a ride with one of her friends who was traveling to the Antarctic for some wildlife samples that had caused so much excitement due to the harsh nature of the Antarctic.  Once there, unknown to her friend's family, she left the climate controlled houses in the village and went to explore.  She was not dressed for it, but looked like a snow nymph in her dress.  Her long, curly black hair gave some warmth and protection, but really she didn't care about warmth.  She eventually paused for a brief rest, and leaned against a snowdrift.  Rae fell through it almost immediately, down to the chamber below where it was only slightly warmer than outside.  She was knocked unconscious by the fall and woke up a vampire five days later.  She killed the vampire who had changed her when she wasn't expecting it, and left wearing the same clothes she's worn before, as a human.  Now, the cold didn't bother her at all, and she actually liked it a lot, as it made it easier to discern animal body heat from snow drifts during hunting and such.  Rae stayed there for about a decade, ice skating and staying hidden.  Then, she made a mistake.  She made friends with an Arctic fox, who had a tracking collar on unknown to Rae.  Humans found her quickly and although she killed three she was captured by the other five.  They took her to the village again, where she escaped within the first three days.  She hid on a shipment plane back to Europe where she secured a home using certain... ah, methods.  Hogwarts detected traces of magic that she had used in London and sent someone to talk to her.  Rae was doubtful at first but eventually decided to try this new school because there would be others like her there.  She received her letter from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry by snowy owl, which she appreciated.  She had brought her fox with her from Antarctica and hopes to bring it to Hogwarts.  Rae has committed two offenses, she used compulsion (a vampire power) without permission to board the planes to and from Antarctica.  Also, she killed humans, which is not allowed in London.  Rae has no OWL's or NEWT's.
