PERSONALITY: John seems sporadic in lots of ways but most notably in his personality. At first he comes off playful and goofy to see ones reaction to such antics, and to those who mean him harm to underestimate his ability. Another thing he does is under perform when conjuring spells or any sort of magic in line with much of the same reason why he acts silly. But when he needs to be he is serious and to the point. He handles his business and isn’t afraid to toil or be brutally honest. Once someone peels the layers away and sees John at the core, he is a worthy friend, and under his complex personality, when he's friendly, he smiles as though he's known the person forever and therefore has that trusting and trustworthy appearance.

John was born March 15, 2068 into a loving family. His father was a carpenter and his mother was a Librarian. He spent most of his time among the halls of the library, tucked away into the pages of volume after volume of books. When his father tried to teach him to use his hands to create, for instance, a bird house, he missed a nail and hit his father’s thumb. Luckily for John, after a few times helping his father, leading to several other accidents, his father stopped asking him to help build things around the house.

They were not rich, but they were happy nonetheless; a loving and caring family bringing their child up right and honorably.

They were very proud and ecstatic when he got the letter to Hogwarts, but was unsure if John could go, due to a lack of funding. John begged and pleaded with them to let him go, and they finally accepted under the condition that every summer he gets a part time job. He agreed and fulfilled that promise. He worked for several years as a paper boy, and then became a bagboy at the local grocery store around the age of 13. The last two years of Hogwarts, during the summer, he was a waiter. This built him up a strong disposition, and taught him to take responsibility.

School Life:
John was sorted into the Hufflepuff house. He did not mind, and he easily made friends with people from the other houses.

Like all of Hogwarts firsties, or so they called them, John was timid yet amazed by everything he laid his eyes on. It was so breathtaking seeing the tall spiral towers and the extensive labyrinth of halls. His favorite thing to look at was the enchanted ceiling in the Great Hall. A few times during his stay at Hogwarts, he would lie on his back on top of the wooden tables and gaze up at the ceiling, mesmerized by it. The headmaster of the time would walk up behind John with a twinkle in his eyes and a smile on his lips, and point out to John that he spends more time in other planes of existence than in this one.

John was not the shy bookworm type, even though he was in the Library constantly checking in and out books for some light reading. He liked hanging out with his group of friends, as well as watching quidditch games. He was like any other teenager; he liked sports, learning, and of course girls. He had several girlfriends during the time of Hogwarts, but they did not last long. It was, at least most of the time, mutual break up.

7th year he was Headboy.

A year or so after he graduated from Hogwarts, of Witchcraft and Wizardry, his parents fell on hard times. They owed tons of money to all the wrong people, and they did not know what to do, or who to turn to. They did not want John to be involved so they hid it from him, until one day he overheard them talking about how if they didn't pay in a few days they would break his father’s legs or worse. Just a week prior in one of the local wizarding bars he was offered a job as one of the Ministry’s test subjects. At first it sounded appalling, but then seemed more desirable than the prospect of losing his family, so he took the offer.

After being tested for the final time, with the mixture of the Basilisk blood, he showed no other physiological, supernatural, psychological differences except the flecks of yellow. His Parselmouths ability did not even manifest till years later. After months of observation and testing, they only saw a few details that changed. The higher ups decided that it was not at all useful at the cost of so many deaths, andside effects from the snake blood, so they quit the project. After the combining of the two D.N.A. the Ministry workers decided not to do any other experiments for fear of awakening the Basilisk within him. The only reasons they kept him alive was that one, he was harmless, having showed no signs of ability, two, they closely kept an eye on him seeing as he wanted to become an Auror, and a willing tool of the Ministry.
For years he cultivated himself to become an excellent Auror, excelling in both written exam and performing under harsh conditions. The next few years his life revolved around becoming an auror, practicing “concealment and disguise” and “stealth and tracking. After the three years were up, and he join the ranks of the Aurors he did small time hustle for 2 years. He went out to capture petty crooks or want to be Dark Lords. After his big break, stopping a Dark Witch from releasing a dark creature on un expecting muggles, losing two colleagues in the process, he was sent out on bigger and better assignments.
John was sent on abroad to Africa on assignment, when he met a fellow British traveler: Sally Walters, or as John liked to call her “Sunshine Sally.” Sally was doing missionary work in Africa. Intrigued, he accompanied her, and soon developed feelings for her. On the last night in Africa, and after a year helping her build a school in one of the smaller villages, still undercover as a writer, he proposed to her and she said yes.

At the age of 26, Sally Walters became Sally Forester. But once she found out that he was a wizard, their marriage went south. She could not deal with a freak, as her soul mate, especially after what she witness. John found the man he was looking for, a smuggler who was sending dark objects through the muggle’s postal service. He confronted the man, when the man pulled out his wand in retaliation, and a battled ensued. Sally saw the horrors which was magic, and soon after, they split. The next day, not deluding himself any further about fixing their marriage, he showed up what once used to be his home, and handed Sally the divorce papers. She was so beside herself with anger and fury she threw anything she could get her hands on. Everything but the kitchen sink was launched in his direction, even his great grandmother’s wedding ring that had been in his family for years. He retrieved the item before taking his leave, and so what once a fairytale love story turned out to be just a delusion.

Years afterwards, around when John was 30, the heavens aligned and he ran into a friend, one of the Healers who John befriended, who did research on him during the time of the Ministry. The healer, seeking redemption, told him everything that went on, from the tests they performed on him, to the D.N.A. resequencing. Even though John knew what they were planning he did not know all the details, especially how many others were involve with the experiment, and all those innocent deaths that occurred, it sicken him at the thought. The healer begged John’s forgiveness, pleaded to him. His anger and resentment swelled up. But as the hours weighed on and on, and the healers story continued, John’s anger was replaced with understanding, and the only thing he did was say to his ex-friend, “I forgive you for what you have done to me, but I will never forgive you for the blood on your hands, and the lives you have taken from this world.” With that, John walked out, never to know what became of the healer.

Finding out the truth of his past changed him. He left the ministry of magic in search of his own truths. To find is own answers to his own inner demeans, and to expose the lies that the Government hold dear.

A few months back he found himself employed as an Order member.
