Magic:

Abilities:
None
Wand:
10 inch Lignum Vitae wood, Unicorn Tail Hair core, Pliable Wood Strength, has a Bent Shaft.
Patronous:
Rosy Starling
Specialty::
Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms
Weakness::
Potions, History of Magic

Characteristics:

PERSONALITY: She's got a carefree attitude and she's got a good sense of humor. Being muggleborn, she's already had a taste of what the cruel world can offer, but she'll answer cruel words with a smile. And if kindness doesn't work, sarcasm works like a charm. But its when her friends are thrown into the fold that Emma can turn sour. She may not care what anyone says about herself, she simply will not tolerate anyone dissing her friends. Nor does she tolerate anyone picking on someone else. Among friends, she is fun-loving, outgoing, and filled with confidence.

LIKES: Rain and Quidditch (Not at the same time!), and animals

DISLIKES: Thunderstorms, Jellybeans

FEARS: Claustrophobia

HISTORY:

When the first signs of Emma being magic showed, she and her mother lived in Wiltshire. They were at a party, and the music was so loud, Emma was getting a headache. She went into the kitchen, and screamed. All the glass materials around her shattered. Her mother had a tough time explaining that one to her friends.

Not a week later Emma received a letter from Hogwarts: A school of magic. So off to Diagon Alley they went- where they were acquainted with nobody. But Emma only saw this as an adventure. She got all of the typical school supplies, but her wand was the most peculiar to her. She had tried several in the shop, but the one Mr. Ollivander seemed to think best was bent at the lower end, while the others had been perfectly straight. Unsure of whether she got a knock off or not, she was off to Hogwarts. When she got to school, it didn't take long for word to get around that her mother was an insurance accountant without an ounce of magic in her, and there wasn't a father- magical or non-magical- to speak of. But seeing as how Emma got an earlier start on how she was going to handle pureblood beliefs, she's learned to ignore their foul words.

During her first year, she was of course absolutely blown away by all the splendor that was Hogwarts; the ceiling in the Great Hall, the moving staircases, and don't forget, the millions of talking portraits hanging about the castle. This place was like a silly dream come true. But what she really fell in love with, was Quidditch. She didn't even get to play, seeing as she was a first year, and still, she already knew what she wanted to do. Seriously, students flying on broomsticks and hitting stuff? What more could a girl ask for? She'll take any chance she can get out there in the field. During her second year, she tried out but was thought to be far too scrawny to be a Beater. On top of that, events that have harmed the school have also prevented Quidditch from being held at all. She's not only determined to bring it back, but she's also raring to play. It doesn't even matter what position she plays, she just wants to get out there.

During her third year, one day, she was out in the fields of the school grounds, sitting there with a bundle of treats her mother had sent her, when a little white mouse curiously appeared. He's been accompanying her ever since, and has been named Rook, after the chess piece (though Emma is not very knowledgable of the game.) But unbeknownst to her, Rook is not actually a mouse at all, for on that day a certain Luke Brown had happened along and decided to cheer her up by transfiguring a rock into the mouse that became her companion. Now she's in her fourth year, ready to have a blast of a year. (Third year until this current school year is over.)

Other Characters: Madison Reid, Dein Edrins, Shadow Grace, Lorena Slenvaul, and Carling F. Wright.
