Characteristics:PERSONALITY: Alys is a fun-loving girl who tries to live her life to the fullest. She is very polite, and is known for being “too nice.” She isn't the best in social situations, and sometimes off as awkward or aloof. Once she gets talking, though, she can ramble on and on, until someone has to tell her to shut up. She has a habit of judging people and trying to figure them out, probably because of her love of Sherlock Holmes.

HISTORY:Alys grew up in a Muggle household, and lived what she considered a normal childhood until she got her Hogwarts letter at the age of eleven. She lived in America until she was eight years old. Her family then moved to London, where her mother's family resides. The children that lived nearby tended to move away after a few years, so Alys took up reading. Her favorite book as a child was The Complete Sherlock Holmes.
When she first got her letter, Alys ran to her parents and showed it to them. They were skeptical, and threw it away, thinking it was a prank by the boys down the street. After receiving more letters, they finally realized that Hogwarts was real, and went about getting her supplies for her new school.
Alys' first three years at Hogwarts were surprisingly nice. She was sorted into Hufflepuff, and got along well with almost everyone. Her parents were proud of her, and wrote to her frequently. It was during her fourth year that she discovered her love for poetry, and ever since, she never went anywhere without something to write on. In her fifth year, she received an Outstanding score on her OWL in Potions. Now that she's in her seventh year, Alys wants to do something big, and have her name remembered, although she really doesn't want to break any rules while doing so.
