Characteristics:
PERSONALITY: Cora is a hyper, optimistic (seemingly, at least), and a bundle of endless engergy. She's out there, but she likes to laugh and crack jokes whenever she can. Her gryffindor traits are her daring and williness to try anything, no matter how dangerous it seems. She likes adventure and always keeping active. With that comes courage, too. Also, she goes by Cora. She doesn't mind Coraleigh, but she feels that it's too formal and automatically comes with being yelled at. Cora doesn't declare herself as lesbian (or bisexual), but Cora has a clear preference toward girls as both friends and in relationships due to a troubled past (this doesn't mean she won't date a guy, but it'll take a special someone...). Catching her alone, which no one really does, its easily noticed that she's more of a bundled up pessimistic. She likes to seem optimistic, giving herself and others hope, but on the inside she's a bit troubled.

HISTORY:
Cora was born to a loving mother and father, who were both too young to raise her. Cora was put into the hands of her grandmother, as her mother continued to have a teenage life full of witchcraft and parties. Her mother tried to win Cora back when Cora's father left her, but at the age of 5 she had hardly seen her mother and had come to know her grandmother as her true guardian and parent. Now, 10 years later, she sees her mother every so often and holds nothing against her, but feels that maybe her mom should have tried to grow up, even now, she still acts like a kid. During her first two year at Hogwarts, Coraleigh was bored, and wasn't very outgoing. At the time, she didn't like magic, because she wanted it to be able to fix her life. When she found out she couldn't, she lost hope. Her grandmother, in return, send Cora to a muggle school until her 4th year. There is where she began her fear. One day, walking home from school, a boy made fun of her, poked her, touched her, and was overall sexually harassing and bullying her. Cora had to deal with this bully for a year before her grandmother found out and immediately send her back to Hogwarts for her 4th year. Now, Cora is in her 5th year and is finally getting back into the swings of life. Once troubled, she tries to bundle it up inside herself. She doesn't want it to rule her life, so she tried to keep positive and pretend nothing ever happened. Oh, but this doesn't mean she doesn't have her outbreaks every now and then.
