Characteristics:

PERSONALITY: She is a very happy person, she often gives other people the impression of having OCD. If someone mkes her mad then she has no problem with hurting people's feelings with her words. She never uses her hands.

LIKES: She absolutly loves pickles, playing guitar, and drawing in a little notebook she carries around.

DISLIKES: Wind, Thunderstorms, and heights. She also has a hate for dis organized people.

FEARS: Being bitten/eaten by her older brother who is a werewolf. His name is Keaton.


HISTORY:
It has recently been found out by both Elizabeth and her brother, Keaton, that they have another half sister out in the world. Their father cheated on Ruxandra Periwinkle's mother with their own. They are the only two in their family other than Ruxandra who have magic. Even though Elizabeth is a year younger than Keaton, she is smart enough to be in the same grade as him, and Ruxandra. They plan on confronting Ruxandra and telling her of their new findings before the year is out.
Elizabeth is very smart for her age, hence the skipping a year when she started at Hogwarts. She stayed by the sidelines for the first two years, silently judging others, in her third year she pushed her unwillingness aside and started making friends. Even though she is a highly logical girl, she fully believes in the Art of Divinationa nd it is her best subject oddly enough. Its also peculilar the someone who is so exact about everything she does, she is terrible at Potions. For her OWL's she did fairly well. She got an A, in Herbology, Charms, and Muggle Studies. An O on her Divination, and a D at Potions. She spends a decent amount of time studying so her grades never fall. She spends most of her free time trying to correct and chang the habits of her older brother, whom is almost the exact opposite of her.

Skipping years is extremely rare, and almost unheard of at Hogwarts. If someone were intelligent enough, they would simply be a Ravenclaw student. I'm not quite sure how you'd like to work this out, so please, PM me and we can discuss this. Otherwise you are all set!

how about that she just got her acceptance letter at the same time as her brother?

Acceptance letters are only sent out when the child reaches the age of 11, though. The way that she could get away with that would be if her birthday was a summer birthday, between June and August.
