I'm sorry but that's actually one thing that can't be taken by new members. The Head of House positions are for members who are very active and have been on the website for a long amount of time.

You can, however, take up any other staff position that you'd like!

Would I be able to teach years 1-5 in both music and charms?
If not just music professor would be delightful.

I'd suggest sticking to one class for the time being, years 1-5, and then as you become more active you can progress to all years for muggle studies and possibly transfiguration! But yes, you most certainly can teach years 1-5 of muggle studies, unless you'd prefer to teach transfiguration.
