Characteristics:
PERSONALITY: He's pretty outgoing, loves making new friends, though he doesn't trust very many people and the few he does trust earn it over much time. Still many people find it easy to open up to and trust him. He's also a grade A prankster and absolutely MUST get into his fair share of mischeif or just plain, bad trouble. He has a problem with authority and rules.

LIKES: Playing, writing or listening to music, driving and flying.

DISLIKES: Holier-than-thou type people, pineapple and coconut.

FEARS: Dying alone and the ocean.


HISTORY:
Jake was brought up by his mum Dianne Lopez. . .She raised him practically all by herself. He was born in the United States, in a small town called Covina in California. They lived there for about fourteen years until his mother was diagnosed with the often fatal Muggle disease "Lupus". . .She went through rigorous treatments for a month with no progress. She passed away soon thereafter leaving Jacob with no family except his father Isaiah, whom he hadn't seen since his brother passed away when he was 4 years old of a gunshot wound to the chest, and whom also lived in London.
He moved in with his dad in London, it was a strange adjustment for them both but they got on. Having not known each other for so long they quickly found out that they had little to nothing in common, and Jacob, wraught with resentment for the man kept him out emotionally. The only thing he seemed to like about his father was that he was a wizard. Isaiah explained the magical world to Jacob and began teaching him magic at home (kind of like homeschool for muggles). After 2 years of home training he decided it would be best for Jacob to attend a proper magical school. His father made contact with the administration at Hogwarts and began making preparations for Jacob to be tested and enrolled.
