Characteristics:PERSONALITY: Adaline is shy when you first meet her, but even after she still is hard to get to speak in a large group. She's seen as the one that's just there at times when certain things are happening. When she does have something important to say, everyone looks at her and listens to her words, not because she talks, but because of the way her voice carries and aquires your attention. Mainly a sweetheart that doesn't enjoy so much attention of the negetive kind and little of the positive kind, often thinking that her actions that she's praised for should go to someone else more deserving. Tongue bitting is something she's fairly good at when her friends don't need her opinion on something, keeping secrets or when things are getting heavy, even if she tries to stop a fight her voice won't carry as she won't push it to where a lot of attention will be brought towards herself. She can get emtional when certain things don't go the right way in her mind, or in the way fate doesn't favour certain people and events. Hardworking in class work, naive in relationship issues and certain reallity topics, a teacher's favourite student as she can do the work and knows the answers, but doesn't flaunt her knowledge like Ravenclaws and Know-it-alls. While she is sweet, there's a reason she's placed in Slytherin, not because of a past event, but because she can manipulate things to her advantage, cun her way out of untasteful events and can be a sadist when she want's someone to pay for harming those dear to her.
LIKES: Little things that life gives you, family, friends, water, animals (especially small furry ones and snakes), magic in general, music, season changes, art, forests, natural beauty and open spaces
DISLIKES: Being the one that people tell secrets to as they know she won't tell if asked or tortured, being used in acts of untasteful events (though she does help out when it deals with her friends needing her), being pressured into situations, being in the spotlight, singing to anyone outside her family, gossip and roumors that spread like wild fires throughout the school or out in the public, being the end of a prank or a rumor and having friends or family being harmed by other people.
FEARS: Being left alone and behind by the ones she cares for, she dealt with this when she was younger and dislikes the feeling strongly. Being overpowered and used in some act she doesn't understand or like with her entire being. Having everyone she cares for dying while she still goes on living. But above all she fears that she will be useless to everyone and evetually fade away.
HISTORY:Born out of wedlock, Adaline wasn't liked by most people in the pureblood families not only because her mother wasn't married, but she was also a half-blood by a pureblooded creature of the light. Adaline was the only child of Sarine Solice nee Bodairna that lived past infancy with her mother and previous relationships, due to her creature blood from her father, whom was killed when he protected her mother in her pregnancy. She gained a stepfather, named Cohle Solice, when she was four that likes her as if she was his own and often kept her out of the hateful views of the purebloods and the cruelity of the Wizard and Muggle worlds. When Adaline was six she gained a pair of twin pureblood half-siblings, Holly and Vektor Solice, that were a wonderful addition to the family, only to find out that her mother was turned baren due to so many pregancies and three miscarriages, but she and the twins were loved to the fullest by their parents and each other. Adaline became a part of the Slytherin house of Hogwarts when she was eleven and kept to herself due to the pureblood children isolating her until they saw her save two of their own from their death when a horrible fight got out between Gryffindor and Slytherin. She gained friends by the end of the year then in second and third year she was soon friends with the other houses and teachers and often seen as the school pascifist and the person to talk to when you have differences.
