HISTORY:
Jai grew up in a mostly Muggle neighborhood, with the knowledge that there was a chance that he was a Wizard. His father was a Wizard and mother was a Muggle-born. At the age of eight, he began to see the first vestiges of Magical ability. This is also around the time that he discovered his metamorphmage abilities, which helped him with his various pranks he played on friends (wizard friends, obviously). At the age of eleven, he recieved his letter from Hogwarts, and went on to Diagon Alley to retrieve his school things. At the start of term feast his first year, the Sorting Hat placed him into Ravenclaw, after considering Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. In his second year, he tried out for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, as it had always been his dream to play Keeper. He didn't make it. After that, the rest of hs second year went normally (read this as lots of pranks on his friends). In his third year, he chose to go into Ancient Runes and Care of Magical Creatures. Fourth year went by with more pranks and detentions a few times, and his fifth year, he managed to pull off Charms, Potions, Transfiguration, and Defense Against the Dark Arts, with an O, O, E, and O, respectively, and an A in Herbology and Ancient Runes.
